Rising digital costs

You are bidding against everyone for the same click.

Search is an auction. In home services, the median Google click now costs $8.33 and the median lead $90.92[2]. Facebook lead ads for home improvement run $41.26 a lead[3].

U.S. ad buyers agree it is getting worse: 34% now name media inflation as a top challenge, up from 30% a year earlier[4].

RSVP is priced per home, not per auction. You know the cost before you spend it.

What one new lead costs, home services

Cost per lead, U.S. benchmarks vs. an RSVP illustration

  • Google search lead[2]$90.92
  • Facebook lead-ad lead[3]$41.26
  • RSVP inquiry Illustration$24

Illustration, not RSVP’s measured result: 50,000 homes at 6.0¢ = $3,000. If 1 in 400 homes responds (0.25%), that is 125 inquiries at $24 each. Your result depends on your offer, category and creative.

Digital noise and ad fatigue

The screen is crowded. The mailbox got quiet.

1 in 3

U.S. internet users run an ad blocker (33%)[5]. A card in the mailbox cannot be blocked.

−40%

Ad mail per U.S. household fell from 659 to 393 pieces a year in a decade[1]. Fewer competitors in the box.

Durable and sticky

A card does not scroll away. It stays in the house.

Retargeting ads disappear when the tab closes. An RSVP card gets read, set on the counter, slid under a magnet, or kept for the day the water heater dies.

In the latest USPS household diary, 51% of ad pieces were read by someone in the home and another 10% were set aside to read later. Only 39% were thrown away unread[1].

Prospect mail (no prior relationship) is read 36% of the time[1] — which is why the envelope, the list and the card quality matter. We do not hide that.

What households do with ad mail
  • 51% read
  • 10% set aside to read later
  • 39% discarded unread

U.S. households, FY2025, all advertising mail[1]. “Read” is not “responded.”

Targeted affluent homeowners

You buy the house, not a cookie.

Every address is an owner-occupied home in the top tier of its market. No renters, no rented email list, no retargeting pool. Three markets, one envelope.

Measurable results

Mail you can count.

Four ways to see what a drop did, from the simplest to the most complete. Most U.S. direct-mail marketers already track this way: 82% use QR codes or personalized URLs[6].

    QR codes

A unique code on every card. Each scan is a person who chose to act.

  2. 2

    Call tracking

A dedicated number on your card, so every ring is tied to the mailing.

  3. 3

    Site traffic lift

Mail makes people search for you. We compare your traffic and branded search before and after each drop.

  4. 4

    Match-back

We match your new leads and closed deals to the homes we mailed. The only way to see sales that never scanned or called.

Questions

Straight answers.

Not here? Call Jon at 919-610-1662.

Is RSVP a coupon pack?

No. RSVP is a luxury envelope of curated local brands mailed only to top-tier owner-occupied homes. You can include an offer, but the pack is built around trust and presentation, not a stack of discounts.

What does it cost?

About 4–7¢ per home, all-in. Design, print, list, postage, call tracking and QR are included in the rate; a cover position is +1.0¢. Raleigh-Durham 50,000 homes at 6.0¢ is $3,000. Ask Jon for the current rate card for your market and zone.

How will I know it worked?

Four ways, from simple to sophisticated: a unique QR code on your card, a tracked call number, a lift in your website traffic (we need read access to your Google Analytics or Search Console), and match-back of your new leads and closed deals against the mailing list (we need your lead and sales data).

Can you promise a response rate?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Response varies by offer, category and creative. Mail is not a same-day click. We measure it with you and tune the next drop.

Do I still need Google and Facebook?

Probably yes. Search catches people already looking; mail reaches homes that are not searching yet. RSVP is the quiet channel next to the loud ones, and it is not blockable or auctioned.

Which markets do you mail?

Raleigh-Durham (125,000 homes), the Piedmont Triad (80,000) and Cape Fear / Wilmington (50,000). Each market is independently owned and mailed on its own schedule.

Can I see what my business would look like?

Yes — request a free sample card. We design a mock RSVP card for your business and send it by mail or email.
